As you watch the world map sizzles and changes color, representing the accumulated amounts of CO2 as well as calculating the estimated number of deaths caused as a result. You can hold your mouse cursor over each country to get specific rates. While the numbers shown shouldn't be taken as being the most reliable, the way the information is presented is certainly interesting.

EarthPaint is a painting and 3D drawing tool for Google Earth.  EarthPaint allows the user to create freehand drawings and publish them as Google Earth ground overlays.  EarthPaint synchronizes its view with that of Google Earth, and displays a referenced grayscale base map to aid in drawing. 

Drawing is accomplished using a variety of tools such as a freehand pencil, ellipse, rectangle, polygon, and text tool.  When a drawing is complete, a single button publishes it as a transparent overlay to Google Earth.
