Go to Komodo Preferences > Languages>PHP >
in Default PHP Interpreter browse to your php-cgi.exe & select file
in Path to alternative PHP configuration file  browse to your php.ini & select file

Then, Go to Preferences > Mapped URIs >

Set these Values

URI: http://localhost/
Maps to : Your localhost disc directory (D:\_DIRECTORY_\htdocs)
