The DivX Pro which normally cost you $19.99 is now available Free for a limited time. DivX team is currently offering this free version of DivX Pro for Windows & for Mac.
After you have downloaded the 21MB file & installed the DivX Pro, it will prompt for your email address. DivX will send you the serial number which needed to register the DivX Pro version at the email address you provide.
The difference between Free DivX and DivX Pro is that you get the DivX Converter and the DivX Pro Codec.
DivX Converter
The DivX Converter is the official DivX video creation software application. It lets you:
